ehosting - site down so they dont answer the phone
anyone else got this....site down all morning with ehosting and the the phone isnt being answered....still say phone lines open at 8 am and im phoning at 9.30am
ive got 2 sites down, after what happened last time I made sure they split my sites up across their servers.
I tend to just leave one of them there trouble tickets they seem to get answered pretty quickly, just the email address they reply to is on one of the servers thats down. If its down much longer I might even be able to wangle myself more free hosting!

ok, back up now. However i havent had a single site go down EVER with hostroute, with ehosting its a regular occurence. As soon as it goes down i switch nameserver to my mirror at hostoute. With hostroute you get the 5 domain package for 9 squid, and if i have to leave a site pointing there you just tell them how much bandwidth you will need and they charge you for your requirement.
