Well, I have finally had enough of the pathetic support Hostroute have provided me with over the last month, follow my sites going up and down like a you know what. Despite examples, reports, tracerts etc, they still haven't fixed the problem and simply close the tickets without any investigation. Shame as they used to be a good company.
I would no longer recommend Host Route to anyone
I have switched to Meirhosting and so far, touch wood, things are going slowly and smoothly. My only gripe is moving from an unlimited bandwidth account to Meir - I have to create a 'Package' for nearly every site, as some require more space or bandwidth than others. If you create 4 accounts with 10Gb bandwidth, that's it, you can't create any more even if those 4 accounts don't use their monthly allowance

So you really do have to do research on previous month's performance to make the best of it, which is a bit of a pain in the ass when you are talking 30+ websites
Now to my question;
Anyone who has moved hosts, do you have any heads up on what to look out for and be careful of? I have already moved my email domain and everything is working like a treat again, and have also moved 3 other websites, 1 making use of mySQL - so the import/export worked without any problems I think/hope
Anything I need to be careful of?
