I use 123reg.co.uk which is £2.59+vat per year for 2 years for co.uk's and you can use your own affiliate link to purchase via and then use the 10% commission to register domains or take the cash and run.

the domains were completely free at the place i posted but due to overwhelming response to the offer it was ended

I pay £1.99 + VAT per year for .co.uk with 1&1 internet been with them years never had a problem.
