Web host with support in UK but servers in USA?

Can anybody recommend web hosts which offer shared hosting based in the USA but with support in this country? As well as the usual gizmos, must offer telephone support, have been in business for at least two years and be extremely reliable.

http://www.unitedhosting.co.uk - These guys are based in houston, texas, but target the UK market. I just remember them from when I was investigating hosting options. I can't say how good they are, I don't use them.
