Don't rely on Beamhost to have your backups in the future, because they don't.

When they fail, you need to rebuild your sites from your own local backups. Well done Beamhost!

I have already moved to a new host after last weeks disaster - and it was Thursday evening things went wrong not Friday morning.

As far as I can see, no response to support tickets within 96 hours represents breach of contract as far as Beamhost are concerned (since contract states 3 hour response time), so with regard to 30 days notice - errm they can whistle.

Yeah - another week on and still no contact from Beamhost - so if anyone knows the current whereabouts of Antoin Commane or Charles Fletcher please can they contact me as I am aware of some boys called Bobby who would dearly love to talk to them.

I was sent a new log on last week. Blank site I had to rebuild from my own local back ups.

Not good.

since last thursday eve all my sites have been down, income has dropped to 0/day, i dont have access to WHM or Cpanel or email, but i do have access to Virtuozzo Power panel, if ANYONE knows how i can back up data (from Virtuozo power panel) please let me know ...

does anyone know who we can switch to??

i'm going crazy here thinking of how i can restore my content sites, basically i think i'm totally f****d
do you think there's a chance they may be able to find a less recent data backup and restore them??

Try Clook, i moved over from beamhost after poor support, Clooks support is second to none, within minutes you get a respnse. They have UK VPSs with WHM/Cpanel and will be supplying US versions soon, they're not the cheapest but its worth it, couldn't recommend them highly enough.
