Thanks for the concern mate!
I should of updated this post straight away but I've been so busy catching up with everything.
It turned out that steamline suspended my account/site because "The domain has been used to send UCE to AOL addresses."
I'd been receiving alot of spam emails and never realised the extent of the problem! The day before my site went down I had removed any trace of contact email addresses and set up a single php contact form in an attempt to stop the spammers.
Apart from feeling annoyance, panic and frustration (all them emotions that come with realising your site is down!

) I felt let down by streamline as they made no attempt to contact me regarding this issue nor did they warn me that my site was going to be suspended!
On the other hand my site was up and running again after 7 hours of correspondence etc and they're now assisting me with some advice on making everything more secure.
To be fair I have to say that apart from this issue I've been more than happy with streamline and there claim of an 'uptime' of 99.9% seems to be accurate! There hosting is cheap, unlimited and easy to set up. But bare in mind that this is a budget hosting company that offer no telephone support, basic hosting packages and all extras come at a cost.
Conclusion: Apart from my recent bad experience (not contacting me to discuss the spam emails, find out if infact it was me sending them and no warning of suspension) streamline get a thumbs up from me!
However like all hosting companies it's an on going story so watch this space!
