Anybody tried Heart Internet hosting please?

Interested in the Business Hosting package of Heart Internet.

Anybody hosted with Heart Internet and what has your experience been? I am a bit hesitant about how good their support is.

I Havent used it personally BUT in the forum for the ecommerce package I use it is spoken of very highly.

I have a reseller account with Heart and their email support is very good, with queries during office hours being answered promptly.

Hey,

I use Heart Internet, I have a reseller account. I have also had brilliant suppport when I have been stuck on something.

Only problem i have today is apparently the backbone from heart internet to their datacenter is down? so all my sites are offline

hope they can fix it soon.
