Hostgator (USA) allow you to have unlimited add-on domains. Basic plan is about $7 a month.

I have a reseller package. £16 a month with 4Gb disc and 30Gb bandwidth, full CPanel, unlimited MySql, unlimited addons, unlimited subdomains, 100 email addys per domain and all the bells and whistles.

We've just started using a Lycos VDS for a few projects and so good so far, only down time was when i screwed it!!

Warning though, as it only costs around £15-£30 per month the VDS comes with a blank box, not even Apache or PHP installed, you have to do it yourself so you need to know what your doing. Mine comes with 2Gb disc, 30Gb bandwidth and Webmin control panel to install all the software you need.

Depends if you need the domains to be completely separate or not but either way a reseller account would probably suffice. Look for a Cpanel/WebHost Manager reseller package. Most reseller packages come with unlimted features whilst only restricting webspace and bandwidth. Avoid any unlimited webspace and bandwidth offers; if a host is racking and stacking the server then it won't be long before things begin to fall down.

Are most of the UK based affs here that use reseller packages using a US based company? atm I am paying over £52 a month and as I have just started out am not using anywhere near the bandwidth or space I thought I would (I went for reseller because I wanted to hold 6 or 7 domains until I was ready to use them but be able to add a little content etc as I go so as to help with the SE's when I was ready to put the project live), also the company is one of the aforementioned unlimited BW and unlimited GB companies, so I am keen to change and cut my monthly costs by as much as I can without having to move about lots in the future due to a poor network.

Any advice greatly received, John Jupp could you let us know who you are using and what your opinions of them are please ? As the details sound perfect for me atm.

I'm using Hostgator and it works for me. Can't praise them enough.

I've also got a maxed out resellers account with a UK company which I'm not upgrading but now pushing everthing onto HostGator.

I would move the lot across but it's too much hassle.

i use a Dedicated server from a2b2.com excellent stuff top service and UK £65 + pm previously had a vps with them pretty good
