Its always good to see the reviews and customor testimonials of the hosting companies. You should not only see that list but also check the reviews of each company from the list and then select an appropriate host.

I think forums are probably the best place for customer reviews... at least that way you can be fairly confident that they are genuine

My virus scanner (avast) just came up with a virus/worm warning (JS:Feebs family) when i tried to access that site.

I'm not sure if it was being over-cautious but I thought i'd better warn people.
