I'm looking for ASP.net hosting in the US and would like your recommendations. Requirements are:

Windows 2003 Server
MSSQL 2005
MySQL
ASP.net 2.0
Hosting of multiple domains
PHP

Also useful:
Expertise in hosting Dot Net Nuke
Expertise in hosting Community Server

Quality of support, especially via e-mail, is more important than cost.

I used DiscountASP.net for a couple of years - highly recommended.

I moved to a dedicated server due to performance issues on a shared box.

Support was good by email.

Any specific reason you want a server in USA? Do have any budget in mind?

Yes, I'm specifically after US based hosting to ensure US search engine results.
