1and1 offline

All my sites hosted by 1and1.co.uk seem to be offline. 1&1 Internet Ltd. itself also seems to be offline, I can get 1and1.com but that is not for uk customers. I tried calling support line and all I get is all our support lines are busy please call back later Goodbye!

My states still show acitivity so is just me.

Anyone else having the same trouble?

There is a major european router down at the moment. It is certainly stopping Virgin Media customers from accessing lots of servers across europe, and may be impacting other ISPs.

1 and 1 are still online.

Are you using Virgin Media Broadband ?

Yes. I have now got through to 1and1 support and found this out, so I just tried calling Virgin support and found they want me to pay 20p/min to talk

They won't be able to do anything anyway, the problem is outside their network.

It is in the lambdanet network, and I can't find a status page for them.

Hopefully it will be fixed soon.
