heart internet reseller package - any good ?

I am currently with fasthosts as a reseller and they are absolutly crap in more ways than 1 !

I am considering going with heart internet,has anyone got any reviews / experience of them ?

They are normally very good, domains are easy to work with, server speeds are good and uptime is excellent*.

* - Last 24hours excepted, performance over the last 24 hours has been 'flaky' at best.

You gets what you pays for and at around 30 quid plus VAT a month nothing UK based is going to be brilliant. Rackspace standard it's never going to be but it's a question of horses for courses and Heart seem okay for the money from my experience.

After looking at a fair few reseller packages (and reading both pos and negatives re Heart here) I took out a reseller subscription last year instead of adding another dedicated and it's fine for domains that are essentially only landing pages, small scale personal / commercial site hosting etc but I wouldn't want to put anything major on it. Unlimited is never really unlimited and I don't think it' would be that great for any major database driven site / image / video hosting etc.

Every host outfit has issues and over the years enough have gone seriously downhill, victims of their own success. November's problems with 123-reg (DNS issues) & UKReg/Fasthosts (logins) showed how woefully inadequate both their systems & customer support could be. With Heart pitching to the same mass market I'm not going to expect anything approaching perfection from them either to be honest.
