Trying (unsuccessfully) to transfer a domain to 123-reg.co.uk!

I've got a domain that i'm trying to transfer to 123-reg.co.uk.. I've tried contacting them 2-3 times via their support panel but no response!

Has anyone transferred a .co.uk domain to 123-reg successfully? It looks simple enough from the member page, just type in the domain and press register/transfer.. but with my domain its taken (by me of course!) so I can't select it!
Am i missing something here!?

Hi Matt,

might be worth phoning them to sort it out.

The number is: 0871 230 9525

It's 10p a min, but might be quicker in the long run.

Never used 123 , but on other systems you would Change the IPS Tag where it is currently held to the new one (ie 123) , then wait 24 hours log into the new system say 123 and you should then be able to claim the domain in the new system

have just had a look at 123 and you should be able to do as I said , enter the web address in the transfer part in 123 , i know it will say its taken but add to basket and checkout , that should be all you have to do
