Web Host in the UK?

Hi there...

I am in somewhat of a dilemma right now - to cut to the chase, I have had a few problems with my current host and think it is best I look elsewhere.

I thought who better to ask than the A4U forum

Ok, so here are my requirements:

The hosting needs to be in the UK - this is a must
Its needs to have cpanel

I am lookin to host a few websites..as of yet I only have one, but in the next few months I will have 3 or 4.

Also, does reseller hosting have any special advantages over shared hosting when it comes to hosting multiple domains?

Finally, good value for money is a must.

Get yourself a Clook reseller account.

I was recomended Clook on this forum. Now have a reseler account, dedicated server, and am on my way to have a virtual server also. Reseller account allows you to have unlimted accounts within your package.

Tickets are sometimes answered within minutes not hours or days. Server uptime is good.

They offer UK or US based hosting now.

Thanks for the suggestion - looks ok but is a tad bit expensive compared to Eukhost...

I was looking at their 'standard reseller package' where I can get:

7GB Disk Space
40GB Monthly Bandwidth

For just over £7 a month if I sign up to a 12 month contract (30 day money back though)...

Sounds like a good deal - let me know what you think?

Please share any recent experiences with Eukhost, from what I have read so far on here, they are pretty positive

Ouch. Just had a look at eukhost's prices and they are certanly much cheaper.

So anybody any experience of them?

I use webhosting.uk.com, they are cheap but the support is excellent. I've also used 34sp.com, again cheap but at the end of the day you get what you pay for !
