Basic Irish Hosting Package

I want to register and host a .ie domain.

Can anyone recommend a good hosting company.

I'm only looking for basic stuff. The sort of thing that one&one offer for a tenner a month.

Well, the application process seemed to go okay; however, it seems I have to prove (not being based in Ireland) that I do subsantial business in Ireland (or some other criteria)...
