Has anyone got any sites with NamesCo?

My MySQL databases have all crashed this am and I can't get hold of their support team!

I have a VPS with them and its working fine.

We are with namesco and that happened to us on three occassions using their shared hosting, since we moved to their dedicated servers about a year ago we have had no problems and excellent support.

Quick update - tech support doesn't start until 8am and the main CS support until 9am.

The fault was caused by myself - I'd tripped over the storage limit allowance and as a consequence, all PHP calls were stopped.

Would of been nice to have had a call to warn me this was likely to happen!
