I host with clook and I can access the support and user site clook.info is it down can someone else on clook please let me know if u have problems

Following on from our billing system changes over the past few weeks, we are now going to work on other elements of our clook.info support portal.

This weekend we will be moving the whole domain to a new server and will be carrying out upgrades to all software in use. This will allow clients to access their ticket history among other things.

The work will be starting this evening with the migration of data to a new server. During this work there will be a small period of downtime to our helpdesk, forum and other pages based on the clook.info domain.

This announcement will remain updated.
