Guidelines for approval to the program:

Cat Footwear encourage all interested sites to apply to their program. However, before you can participate in their program, they will need to approve your site and then forward to Cat Inc. The approval process and take up to 20 days. Approval to the network does not give you the right to reproduce the Cat Footwear logo in print or on materials the following copyright notice is still applicable and will be enforced. They look for sites that are aesthetically pleasing and well maintained, in keeping with the brand identity of Cat Inc.

Blogs and content sites
Price Comparison sites

Cash Back sites

The following sites are not acceptable:

Mature/Adult
Sites that promote, contain, or link to sexually explicit or graphic materials and/or language
Sites that promote violence
Sites that promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age
Sites that promote illegal activities and substances
Sites that contain any libellous, defamatory or disparaging materials
Sites that contain material that is defamatory, fraudulent or harassing to us or to any third party
Sites that have a clear stated mission that is in part to support religious or politically active causes, as represented on the homepage or key landing pages

These are only general guidelines, and Cat Footwear reserve the right to make exceptions. Please note that if you fail to meet the terms of our agreement they may suspend your account from the program at any time.

Cat Footwear brand name and Logos:

Cat brand name and logo is vigorously protected globally, do not reproduce or alter the logo in anyway, any printed material with the Cat logo must be approved before being placed in the public domain, this includes but not limited to testimonials, Press Releases, Posters etc.

Cat Footwear PPC Policy:

PPC Policy Closed: Cat Footwear brand name bidding is not permitted on this program. Affiliates are not allowed to use any display URL that contains Cat Footwear. You should not link directly to the Catfootwear.com website, or use a URL redirect to take the customer directly to the Catfootwear.com website from a PPC advert.

Cat Footwear ask affiliates not to display their products through GoogleBase as they have their own feeds available in Google Base.
