Anybody else using this? Does it work?

Just working on a site but all the links in their datafeed go to a page saying "We couldn't find any matching products. Please check your spelling."

[edit] Hardcloud is also the same, all links just go to page for all brands, not product.

[edit] oh dear I'm not doing very well with webgains feeds! Reem go to "Server Error in '/' Application."

[edit] another one - urban retro goes to "File Not Found ..."

I've just downloaded the Reem Clothing datafeed from a test account and tested various deeplinks and image links. The feed appears fully functional and I'm unfortunately unable to replicate the problem you appear to be facing. If you could maybe let me know exactly which steps you are following when drawing the feed and where exactly you are encountering these errors, then I'd be able to look into it in full detail straightaway. If you would like me to draw the feed for you and send it to you by mail, please do let me know as well.

Urban Retro are working on the datafeed and should update the file very soon. I will keep you informed.

I have tested some links from Hardcloud datafeed and they all seem to be working correctly. May I ask you to send me some examples of links which go to the brand directory instead of the product page?

Thanks. I didn't realise board sport warehouse was closing - I shall remove them.

With the others, I have tracked down the problem. It seems that SOME datafeeds don't like me adding a clickref. I have added my clickref to a couple of other merchant's feeds in exactly the same way and they work perfectly.
