Anybody else having a problem with Reem's datafeed? Mine is automatically updated by a cron job and has been working fine. Today I just checked something and all their products go to an error page - Server Error in '/' Application, plus a lot of images are missing.

I have opened a ticket but of course it is the weekend, so just wondered if anybody else had noticed a problem or if it was just me.

[update] hmm, it seems that it no longer likes the clickref, which is weird as it has been working fine with that, and my other webgains feeds on that site with the same set up are fine with the clickref!

yes, a 10 min response time is unacceptable, as is pre-emptying for delayed responses.

The problem is the &clickref which you're adding at the end of the merchant urls. Remove that, and all links work fine. If you take the links from the feed as they are, they are working all correctly. The click ref should be added before the wgtarget url.
The merchant cannot accept any parameters added in the urls, which is why when you add the clickrefs at the end, they break the url.

oops, sorry if I upset you Hero - definitely not intended!! Having to wait until a working day with other companies I really didn't expect a reply so quickly on a weekend - kudos to you! I just wondered if anybody else was experiencing it. Sorry and thanks for your help.

I'm not upset, sorry if I came across as harsh. It's just that it's too often that problems are reported on the forum first rather than the networks or the network isn't given enough time to resolve/respond.

We do offer 24/7 support and one of the AM team is always on call via the support tickets, emails or the support msn, for all your questions.

Glad we could help on a Sunday afternoon
