As far as I am aware there has been an issue for over a week now. This is the latest update (received this morning) to my webgains support ticket that I raised last Sunday :
I am sincerely sorry for the inconvenience caused by this issue and can assure you that we are in the process of fixing it. It seems to be a bug within part of the reporting system which has shown up since we released an update last week. Our developers are currently working on this and we anticipate it to be repaired by eop today.
For the time being, should you select to filter your report by 'Clicks' or 'Impressions' (by clicking on the column heading) your stats will be displayed as required.
Unfortunately, the issue is sitting with the CTO at the moment and therefore cannot really be escalated any further.
Again, i wish to apologise for this inconvenience.

Hello Jon,
As explained via the ticketing system, the issue lies with the display of the Click and Impression stats and not the recording of them at all.
All your stats are up to date and available to you, if you click on the 'Clicks' or 'Impressions' column header you will be able to see a breakdown of the stats you require. Should any of your clicks have translated to sales, the stats would be present by default.
It is a bug relating to the display of these stats only and is in the process of being fixed.
