Organic Dried Pineapple

The dried pineapples from Alter Eco are picked and dried by the 217 producers of the A.V.E.C cooperative, a few kilometers frome Lomé in the south of Togo. They are dried in the traditional way, on the spot, immediately after picking, this ensures that they keep all their flavour. Soft and refreshing, the dried pineapples are cut into small pieces to eat as a snack.
