Our fine selection of organic chocolates are of the highest quality and many have won awards for their exceptional taste. Organic chocolate is created from cocoa beans not subjected to heavy pesticide spraying and is certified as such. Organic chocolate is more often than not a disappointment we find. Only a few organic chocolates can also be classed as fine chocolate, and it is only these organic chocolates we include into our collection. Many mass produced, organic chocolate is made with a lower grade cocoa to achieve a low cost product, but this of course results in a lower quality and flavour, even astringent and "off" flavours.
