Guidelines for approval to the program:

The merchant encourages all interested sites to apply to their program. However, before you can participate in the program, Opus Art will need to approve your site. Mainly they look for sites that are aesthetically pleasing and well maintained, in keeping with the Opus Art website.

The following sites are acceptable:
Coupon/Deal
Search Engine
Homepages and Personal Websites
Shopping directories
Blogs and content sites
Price Comparison sites
Non-profit

The following sites are not acceptable:
Mature/Adult
Sites that promote, contain, or link to sexually explicit or graphic materials and/or language
Sites that promote violence
Sites that promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age
Sites that promote illegal activities and substances
Sites that contain any libellous, defamatory or disparaging materials
Sites that contain material that is defamatory, fraudulent or harassing to us or to any third party
Sites that have a clear stated mission that is in part to support religious or politically active causes, as represented on the homepage or key landing pages

These are only general guidelines, and the merchant reserve the right to make exceptions. Please note that if you fail to meet the terms of their agreement, they may suspend your account from the program at any time.
Opus Art brand name
When using the Opus Art name on any website, please refer to us as Opus Art or opus-art.com only.

Pay Per Click (PPC) Keyword Policy

Opus Art welcome applications from PPC affiliates. However all affiliates must adhere to their PPC policy -

• No bidding on brand terms, or on misspellings. This includes both the brand term and URLs containing the brand term.

• You can use Opus Art in the title or the body copy of your PPC ads, however, displaying our URL is not allowed.

• You can bid on generic terms, such as modern art, buying art online, contemporary art prices, etc.

• You are not permitted to link directly to the merchant site, or to use a redirect to send the customer directly to the Opus Art site from a PPC ad.

• No typosquatting allowed.

Please be aware that we carefully monitor paid for search on all competitive keywords and ask for your assistance in this process. Any affiliates found to be bidding on brand terms will be removed from the program. Any commission made on these sales will not be paid.

*Commision will change to 12% after 2 month introductory period
