yes, unfortunately the feed system produces empty files at the moment for both the manual and the url downloads. Please bare with us while we're fixing it.

Please can you e-mail support@ webgains.com with a list of the feeds you are having issues with. As far as I am aware, all the feeds have been processed and should all be working correctly.

there are some feeds that we have been unable to fetch from their locations and we'll need to solve this in a different way. However, the vast majority of feeds is indeed working. Ane problematic feeds you come across, please raise a ticket listing them collectively and we'll get right on them.
Please be patient with the matter; we did a major data move which caused these feed problems, but the majority has been dealt with.

Hi all,
Unfortunatly during the migration of our servers to the new datacenter last night, some programs feeds were not re-imported into our datafeed system. This resulted in empty feeds being delivered for some programs.
I have made sure that our datafeed system has been hard-at-work importing these missing feeds today, and these have now completed (infact we've now started retrieving merchants feeds for tommorrow).
There are still a handful of programs which are not completly up-to-date, as some merchants have restrictions on which IP addresses can access the datafeeds on thier servers, and all our new servers have different IP addresses to the old ones. We notified our merchants about this change a little while ago, and we're working with any that haven't yet accomodated the change to make sure we can make up-to-date feeds available for you as soon as possible. The affected merchants shouldn't have missing data, but it might be up to 48 hours old as we've imported the last feed we fetched from them.
The vast majority of feeds are working correctly now, but if you do pull an empty feed from us, please let us know which merchant it was, its very likely that we can fix it right away.
I'm really sorry about the interuption to your datafeed service, we are proud of the first-class reputation the system has, and we work hard to make sure it deserves it. Thank you very much for your patience.
