Persimmon - Kaki
Persimmon is very sweet to the taste with a soft to occasionally fibrous texture. Persimmons are eaten fresh or dried, raw or cooked. When eaten fresh the peel is usually cut
peeled off and the fruit is often cut into quarters or eaten whole like an apple.

First Discovered in 1765, the Williams Pear gained it's name from a nurseryman named Williams who introduced it to the rest of the UK.

Cavolo Nero
Italian cabbage with dark green leaves that have a strong flavour. It is great to make soups - such as the classic Tuscan soup, ribolitta. Cavolo nero is also delicious just fried in olive oil with garlic and chillies.

Leafy Clementines
Clementine's are the tiniest of the mandarins. They are small, very sweet, and usually seedless. clementines are a cross between a sweet orange and a Chinese mandarin. Its small size and lack of seeds make it a great and healty snack for kids.

Abate
A traditional Italian pear that historically been associated with being developed by monks centuries ago. This pear is tall and covered by a yellow smooth skin. The flesh of the pear is white, juicy and has a very sweet flavour - due to its firm flesh it is ideal for poaching.

Cime di Rapa
Cime di Rapa, also known as broccoli rapa in Italy, and broccoli rabe in the English-Speaking World, are one of the nicer things about winter in Southern Italy. They're wonderful sautéed, especially with a roast or stew, and work very well in pasta sauces too. For example, Orecchiette with cime di rapa.

Radicchio Castelfranco
The colour of the leaves is white-cream with variegature distributed in a balanced way across the plant leaf of different colors from purple to red. Rosette-shaped head with an appearance best described as a large, tie-dyed cricket ball, the Castelfranco radicchio has a pleasant tangy sweet to very sensitive flavour and it is really crunchy.
