We are very proud of our conversion rate at Duvet & Pillow Warehouse. Currently running at over 11% on our affiliate programme we are sure you’ll agree that driving traffic to DPW makes good business sense! And with our brand new site with improved navigation, customer journey and added features we’re sure this conversion rate is set to continue to rise.

NEW SITE FEATURES

1. Easier Navigation
The new web site has been built to enable customers to find products more easily. By clicking on the attributes for a given department, a list of products matching their requirement is presented.

2. Product Reviews
When a customer receives an order, they will be asked to review the products. These reviews will then be shown on the site enabling prospective customers to make a more informed decision on their purchase.

3. Large Images
A picture paints a thousand words and we now have detailed images of all products. Users of the site will be able to pan over the images to get a detailed view of products, showing the stitching, material and construction.

4. Detailed Specification
Coupled with the detailed images is a comprehensive specification of each product. Not only will this allow customers to better understand the products on the site (and the exceptional value they are being offered), it will also allow them to compare our products to other suppliers.

5. More Checkout Options
In addition to our secure checkout, we will also be offering customers the ability to checkout using PayPal and GoogleCheckout. In addition, we have added American Express as a payment option.

6. New Branding
The new web site will coincide with a re-branding of Duvet & Pillow Warehouse. The new look and feel aims to be uncluttered and appealing on the eye.

7. Clearer Messaging
The availability of stock and when we aim to despatch an order will be clearly shown throughout the buying process. This will ensure that customers are kept well informed on their order and when they can expect delivery.

8. My Account
We've beefed up the My Account section of the web site to give customers more control of their orders and preferences. Information on the status of orders is also more detailed, keeping our customers updated on any progress.

9. Product Comparisons
By selecting a range of products and clicking the Compare button, users will be able to directly compare the attributes of various products in a Department. Again, this should allow the buying decision to be made with ease.

10. Even better Value
And we continue to drive down our prices and improve the quality of the products we sell.
