With Xmas fast approaching I wanted to drop all our affiliates a quick note to say thanks you for all your help this year.

As you are probably all aware musicmagpie.co.uk has seen major growth this year, in fact we have paid out £2 million to users in the past six months out of a total of £3million paid out since we launched in 2008. A massive boost which is very much down to you all.

This year we have paid out over £50,000 in commissions to affiliates for transactions that have been confirmed. We aim to approve batches of transactions once a week and this will continue into next year. If need be we will increase this number so it remains under review.

We launched our TV ad campaign in 2009 which saw a major boost in users (If you have not seen it you can view it at Selling your music CDs DVDs and games? Sell for cash the best prices paid). The TV campaign will launch again in 2010 and we intend to spend a great deal more bringing users to the site and hopefully, if budget allows, we may increase the number of channels that it is seen on. At the moment it has only been on Living TV, UK Gold, Dave and Home.
