This is great. I think many will go with them seeing the prices they offer and that they are Royal Mail as well. The Queens recycling serviceI will make a post about it on the sell your mobile site with a review but I hope they are as good to their affiliates as they are they say they are to their customers.
Great Website offering good prices but not very good at paying their affiliates. You can now compare who pays the most cash when you recycle mobile phone's by visiting Compare Phone Recyclers
Very true! I've been waiting months for Simply Drop to pay their affiliate fees. All the other mobile recyclers do so really fast. Simply Drop are not making a very good name for them self by taking so long to pay their affiliates. Get a move on Simply Drop!
We anticipate to receive payment for all outstanding invoices by the end of the month. As I've explained in other threads, there have been some issues with the details on the invoices which have caused all this delay. All details have now been corrected and I expect to experience no further delays of such nature going forward.
If anyone would like further information on the matter, please don't hesitate to contact me directly
thanks

Oh right thanks Hero, by the end of the month now then? You did say in a previous thread that you were assured by them that you'll be receiving the cheques last week. So now you've been told you wont be getting them until the end of the month then?
Regards.
We have been told we will be getting them at the end of the month. Would I put my hand on fire based on my certainty? No. I can only relay what I am told every time I pester the agency, which is pretty much on a daily basis. For further information, please drop me an email

Hi Hero thanks for the update and can see that in my account. Thanks alot.
Hero, any idea when the next payment will be because even though I got one from them so far I still have many Awaiting Invoice Settlement transactions going back to February and up to now. I can see why the most recent ones haven't been paid yet but just wanted to know when you are expecting to receive the next payment because I have a very high amount in outstanding transactions with Simply Drop going right back to February that are simply awaiting invoice or whatever. Every single other recycler has always cleared transactions and paid promptly. Simply drop it seems are simply not very enthusiastic about this? I really don't want to come on here asking why I have unpaid transactions going back to February. I would have thought this wouldn't happen again and don't want to appear like I'm making a fuss but it is rather frustrating seeing all those sales made and the other recyclers paying on time and Simply Drop not paying on time. Please advise.
Hi,
Hero is away at the Expo in Munich so I thought I'd jump on here to give you a quick update.
First off, I can confirm that all transactions which were approved up until the end of March have been invoiced to the merchant and payment received. Commissions have therefore been released to affiliate already.
The only outstanding transactions which have been approved but not paid as yet refer to those transactions approved by Royal Mail from April 1st onwards. Anything approved during April was invoiced at month end and we're expecting payment shortly. However, as this merchant is set up on account, I'm sure you can appreciate that there is a "credit days" period attached to invoice settlement.
Please note that we invoice in the month the transaction was approved...not the month it was generated (this is the same for all recyclers) as customers have to return the handsets before commissions are payable. The difference with Royal Mail vs the other merchants in the sector is simply that most of the other merchants are setup on prepaid accounts rather than on invoice/payment. Prepay allows us to release payment straight away while account requires us to wait for invoices to be settled.
Any transactions approved during May have not yet been invoiced to Royal Mail as we haven't yet reached month end.
I hope this helps but please feel free to contact me directly of you have any further questions.
Cheers
Andy
you've promoted enough of our recyclers, Kai, to know how the delayed transactions work. You also know that you can get hold of me pretty easily if you need clarifications on anything. Complaining for the sake of complaining doesn't serve many purposes
Im not really complaining HeroJust making a bit of a fuss that's all
Just a bit frustrating having so much in sales backlogged but Andrew has cleared things up for me think I finally have it drummed into my head now the difference for Simply Drop. Thanks though anyway.
