I have had my Adwords account terminated by Google. And this is why?

I've signed-up to a program that has open PPC policy in Webgains.

All my Adwords were stopped 3 days ago with no explanation so I asked Google why?

Their response was that the site I was linked to was selling counterfeit goods... which personally I doubt, but was ok with that so responded saying I would delete the ads to that site.

I signed up to their scheme via Webgains so had no reason to doubt it's credentials.

I told them it wasn't my website on 3 occasions but on each occasion the response was "Your website landing pages aren't very good, and we suspect the goods are dodgy".

The support person is not accepting the site is not mine.

I spend over £2000 a month on Adwords into lots of websites, all of which are quality, well-renowned, and above board.

Because I linked into a site that unknown to me Google didn't like... my whole account is now suspended despite me taking immediate action.

Funnily enough Google are still letting this website sit top of their natural search listings for certain terms so am fuming that I have been penalised like this.

Anybody else had similar experiences?
