    Hi,

I wondered if anyone knew who the account manager for the Anglia Tools program on WG?

I have checked my account and it says Melissa Brazier - but there are no contact details?

I am having a couple of issue with their feed - mainly around categories.....

For example they have cement mixers listed under the category of hedge trimmers

Is this something that could be looked into?

Infact - just checked some other products and the categories seem messed up too.....

For example here are some category names from the feed:

    "Drills | Hedge Trimmers"
    "Screwdrivers | Hedge Trimmers"
    "Shoes and Boots | Toolboxes"

Not only is this messing up the structure of the site and creating confusing urls it is also confusing for our users

As such we have regretably decided to completely cease promoting Anglia Tools until this issue with the feed is resolved

We feel the inconsistency within the feed is not helping either of us to create sales - could you let me know what the situation is with the feed and if there is anything that can be done to resolve the situation as this is a merchant we are keen to get back promoting asap

Any questions or thoughts let me know either by responding here, PM or email - robi (at) diy-supplies.co.uk

    Cheers

Yep - sounds about right for most feeds!

But I would contact the network and tell them - just don't hold your breath

    hi,
    Happy New Year
    thanks for raising this issue

Can I ask you to raise a support ticket through your account so we can assign it to Sachin and he can get in touch with the merchant on Tuesday. We need the ticket so we can have a trail of the issue and make sure you are kept updated.

Had you raised this in a supprot ticket yesterday, we could have contacted the merchant immediately to discuss with them. The forum isn't a very effective affiliate support channel unfortunately.

    thanks

    Hi Hero,

    Thanks for your reply.

A ticket has now been opened as requested - sorry I didnt do this earlier as it didnt occur to me. I just saw the contact details for the account manager were blank so thought it was best to try and get hold of someone here.

I now know what to do in future.

Hope you have a great 2011
