British Gas today announced a 24% increase in profits for 2010, which has left many consumers outraged following numerous price rises by gas and electricity suppliers this winter.
However, this has overshadowed the fact that yesterday they launched a new online tariff which is the cheapest in the UK – the only tariff under £900 a year (on average)! Websaver 11 is over £200 a year cheaper than British Gas standard prices, showing how much money customers can save by switching instead of putting up with rising prices and profits.
Switching to this tariff goes some way towards helping households recover from record winter bills.
Energyhelpline.com pays £20 per valid domestic switch application and £50 per business energy switch. Bonuses of £20 for each multiple of 5x sales in a month are also available, so £20 for 5, £40 for 10 etc on top of the commission for each switch.
