I would advise you to raise a support ticket and the Webgains guys will look into the specifics of your account and let you know.
My transaction report is showing some very old transactions with the status "Awaiting Invoice Settlement".
Memory Prints from last July and Bouf.com from August and September.
I stopped promoting both merchants some time ago due to the overdue commissions and I'm surprised that they're still live on Webgains. Most networks would have suspended them well before now.
Are there any other Webgains merchants in the same situation?
Maybe they should have an Affiliate Window style traffic lights system to let us know which merchants we can promote without wondering if/when we'll get the money.
