Maplin are the UK's leading retailer and distributor of electronic components, accessories and equipment. Maplin have over 12000 products available online and enjoy a very good conversion rate! Considering the brand, quality of products, great value & large customer base in the UK this is a great program for all affiliates.

Webgains and Maplins have produced a program for affiliates of ALL experience levels so that everyone can enjoy the success of promoting a large brand merchant! Here are just a few of the features that are on offer:

• Maplin Web Builder is a desk-top application which allows you to generate static html pages for all Maplin products. Enter your CampaignID, password and a few more details & create your own website. Great for newbie affiliates!
• A link to the Maplin 'ebook' which illustrates all Maplin products, is available for your customers' convenience. The ebook is fully trackable and you will be rewarded for all sales that transition the ebook. Simply add a link on your website and gain an extensive Maplin catalogue!
• A 'Chat' 24X7 help desk will be available soon. "Fully Trackable".
• Product videos will soon be available for FTP download
• A standard and extended product feed is available in XML and CSV. (Best Sellers list included in the feed!)

There are two basic commission options (all sales are tracking by session cookie):

1. Affiliates who promote all products will be rewarded with a higher commission scheme. 4% to 6.8%
2. Affiliates that do not promote all products will be on the lower commission scheme. 3% to 5.8%

Good to see a Maplin feed available at last - so well done on that.

Bit disappointed to see that its only a session cookie and also that it isnt weekly payment like most webgains merchants.

Nonetheless great to see it there - I'll certainly give them a go.
