Phone number script now in place on The Dog House

Hi all,

As promised our techie has put in a script which should mean that if you have a webgains cookie on your computer from clicking through a doghouse affiliate link then the phone number is no longer visible in the top right hand corner. I've just had a quick check on one affiliate's site and it seems to do the job but I'll be checking it over the next couple of days. If anyone finds any flaws let me know so we can get them sorted ASAP.
