Enhanced product feed
An enhanced product feed is now live on webgains. It includes fields like 'Region code' and 'subtitle languages' for DVDs. To promote our new product feed we have an incentive for affiliates:

Yesasia will send the HK version of Lady Vengeance (with English subtitles) to the first affiliate that integrates the new product feed into their exisiting site, and lets Stefan know by email. The number of sales doesn’t matter!

DVD Region Codes
Yesasia get many questions about region codes, so I would like to clarify why they suggest to promote HK (region 3 or all-region editions) of western and Asian movies:
In many cases the region 3 version of top western titles is released alongside the region 1 US release and is often identical in terms of extras and specs. The region 3 release invariably comes onto the market weeks if not months ahead of the UK region 2 release and in both cases the Region 3 version is cheaper. Customers around the globe are becoming increasingly aware of this fact and are flocking to buy the region 3 release in order to get the title they want as early as possible and for the lowest price. This is a fantastic opportunity to sell large quantities of titles like Sin City: Recut, Extended, Unrated, Tim Burton's The Corpse Bride, Serenity, Memoirs Of A Geisha and many other top releases.
YesAsia understand that some Western customers are hesitant buying Asian versions of these titles, but they can confirm that all region 3 titles are sourced from highly reputable sources in Hong Kong and Korea. Yesasia can guarantee the high quality and legitimacy of every single copy stocked.
