  Crown Bingo

I've noticed that Crown Bingo is now with another network, which is no doubt why it's closing on Webgains soon. As my problems are with the program on Webgains i thought id post here rather than the oter network.

I recently contacted webgains to see why no £29 commissions had been added to my account for a very long time (months). In the reply i was told no £29 commissions had been added full stop, not just my account.

I tried contacting Crown Bingo myself, and failed to ever get an answer, and webgains took weeks to actually get someone to talk to them too. However, an answer was forthcoming in the end - no £29 commissions have been added to peoples accounts because no one has deposited at Crown Bingo!

I know this not to be true as ive helped others sign up and deposit. Just a word of warning....

Hi Freebie,

I'm sorry to hear you've been experienced problems with our program on Webgains.

In the past 4 months we've had various issues running our program on Webgains which ultimately lead to us terminating our agreement. I can tell you the last upload of successful sales was at the very end of July. A successful sale must have deposited and wagered at least £10. We're resolving this with Webgains and will upload another batch of sales by mid-October, at which point the program will close completely.

As you know, we have launched on the Buy.at network. The main benefit for affiliates is that successful CPA sales are uploaded every Monday. The whole process is incredibly efficient and totally transparent for affiliates.

I'd like to point out that Crown Bingo have been running a very successful in-house program with bingo's top affiliate sites for the past year. We have however also migrated this program to the Buy.at network.

We're very excited at joining the new network and are dedicated to working closely with affiliates to fulfill the potential of the program.

If I can be of any assistance please do not hesitate to contact me.

Imo I thought the in-house program was actually quite poor and most certainly it wasn't transparent with revshare uploaded every month if I understood how things worked? In the end it was easier not to promote CB as it has been one of the least successful of all bingo programs we've ever promoted.

That said I'll see if things improve on Buy.at - although can you verify if you've now removed the need for a user to input a mobile number and credit card when they register?

Hi Jason,

The in-house program didn't allow you to view real-time revenue share statistics. We had to upload revenue share reports every month although it was possible to see the number of real sign-ups every day. From that point of view, it wasn't totally transparent.

We have some very good performing and extremely happy affiliates who have been promoting us for sometime using our in-house progam although we are always looking for ways to improve.

On sign-up, the mobile number has never been a required field and from mid-February it hasn't been necessary to provide credit card details on sign-up.

We're very confident that we've made the right move for all parties by launching our affiliate program exclusively with Buy.at. They're the experts at this and any issues experienced by affiliates will be dealt with as swiftly as possible.

If you have any feedback on our new program then i'd be delighted to hear from you.

Kind regards,

Dan
