Hello everybody,
My name is Yoav, and I am the affiliate manager for NeoGames. We are currently promoting scratch2cash.com, the world's largest online scratch card site, on webgains. This is your chance to offer your visitors something new and enjoy some of the best conversion rates on the web. Our games are all flash, so no download needed, and our minimum deposit is extremely low. We also have some very easily reachable sales targets for some extra cash. Bring us the traffic and let us do the rest. Looking forward to working with you.

Hi

I see you've moved network.

Would you like to comment on the number of untracked leads that are outstanding from when you were on Affiliate Future? I understand AF are chasing these with you but have said to there affilaite there is 'little chance' of them been resolved? (for me it was only a test transaction, the 'click' was logged, i deposited but no comission was awarded).

Thought it best to post here as a warning.

Simon

  Scratch 2 Cash Setup

Hi,

My name is Andrew Copeland, account manager for the Scratch2Cash program on the Webgains network. I’d like to give some insight into how Scratch2Cash have taken the initiative with their setup on our network.

Firstly, Scratch2Cash have shown their commitment to their program by setting themselves up as a prepay merchant. This means that they have actively charged their account with a level of cash sufficient to cover commission. This effectively means that commissions can be paid at the right amount and on time.

They have also implemented our tracking code “post deposit” meaning that we can track all activity from impression right through to deposit, all through the Webgains tracking system.

Scratch2Cash have shown amazing dedication to getting this program implemented correctly and I hope that this will be a very profitable program going forward.

If anyone has any questions regarding the tracking and payment of commissions for this program, please don’t hesitate to contact me.

Kind Regards

Andrew Copeland

  A Clarification

Unfortunately, there were some technical issues with our campaign on AF. AF decided to remove the program rather than resolve these issues. I don't know where you heard that AF was chasing us regarding these commissions, as AF refunded all our money, with no outstanding balances remaining, and we have an email from them saying we are parting ways as friends, with all issues resolved. We actually waited about a month before getting our refund, so everything could be settled. I invite each of you to come make as many test transactions on our webgains program as you like, at any time, and we will refund them all. Also, our CEO and marketing manager will be visiting ad-tech in London at the end of this month, and would be happy to explain this issue in person to anyone interested. Please contact me if you would like to arrange a meeting. They will also be aboard on the afuforum get2gether.

Just to put our side across, the programme was removed becuase the Scratch2cash site was unable to reliably display our tracking code, hence the non tracking sales for affiliates. There are some fundamental issues with the cookie system that was being used and the reason why we couldn't solve the problem.

Update as i've been emailed by Scratch2Cash and Affiliate Future. (and a number of others asking for details of what happened).

Yoav from Scratch2Cash has emailed me explaining that they weren't aware of any outstanding issues when they left AF and has offered to refund my test transaction or make payment via AF.

I'd like to point out that I first logged this issues with AF on the 8th August, and chasing it a few times got this back from them on the 4th Sept:
"Unfortunately Scratch2Cash have closed their account with us, we are chasing them up on a few untracked commissions but it seems unlikely they will honor these at this point." Hence my reason for posting here when I noticed they appeared on webgains.

Since noticing this post AF have emailed "I just saw your posts regarding scratch2cash on the a4uforums and have again raised the issue of your missed commission with the people who were looking after the account. I haven’t spoken to anybody at scratch2cash myself but our staff seem to have a slightly different version of the story from theirs. One of our staff is still in contact with them and will hopefully be able to resolve your commission as they do seem keen to build a successful affiliate programme and hopefully realize that honoring payments is the most important element in this." which is a lot more positive than there last email.

I just though I should post this to clear things up, and make everyone aware of my reasons for my above post.

Thanks,

Simon
