I am new to webgains how long is it before merchants pay commission? all very good having weekly payments but if merchants not paid nor do we

the entertainer, along with its sibling the gadgetshop, are not on prepayment, they are on account, meaning they are settling invoices. Once we have received payment, we pay your commissions out. October's invoice is still pending.
You can view all the programs on prepayment and account by going in Programs joined; click on choose columns and tick "prepayment" - those with "yes" are on prepayment, those with "no" are on account.

Thanks for clarification, I am still new to webgains, this explains the sitution, I will now keep working to make my commission earnt higher.
