Since our launch 2 years ago, we now have over 210 live merchants in the UK and over 360 merchants in all 6 countries we operate in. We understand the value of support and hence we have recruited an outstanding support professional to the team. Please join us in welcoming Emma Delaforce as Account Manager.
The account management team supports affiliates and merchants alike to make sure that all our clients are supported appropriately. We endeavour to keep our affiliates updated with the latest tools to promote our programs.

Webgains has been the first UK network to offer sector-based support. Since day one, we have broken down our merchant list in sectors and offered specialised support to both the merchants and the affiliates working within each sector. Our account managers have a thorough understanding of their relevant sectors with their seasonality and occasional needs and are able to organise specific promotions tailor-made to the programs and affiliates:

• Andrew Copeland (acopeland@webgains.com) is the Lead Gen, Finance, Gambing & Insurance account manager

• Emma Delaforce (emma@webgains.com) is now handling the Healthcare, Books, Computers & Shopping sectors

• Hero Grigoraki (hero@webgains.com) focuses on Fashion, Accessories, Cosmetics & Food

• Kier Marston (kier@webgains.com) looks after Dating, Homeware Photo Printing & Entertainment (music, dvd, cd, games) programs

• Ryan Gilbert (ryan@webgains.com) manages the Telecommunications, Electronics, Travel & Sports Equipment sectors and

• Sachin Thanki (sachin@webgains.com) takes care of Gifts & Gadgets and Home & Garden merchants

Assisting the account management team with technical queries from affiliates and merchants is our integration manager, James Wallis (support@webgains.com).

Thanks very much. I have been made very welcome by the whole Webgains team and the affiliates and merchants I have had contact with so far.

As our company is growing so rapidly and the merchants who entrust us with their affiliate programs increase, we have recruited some new colleagues in the account management team. The much needed new additions mean that we have now restructured the team and revisited our sectors, with our vertical expertise always in mind.

We would therefore like to invite you to welcome our new colleagues in the account management team:

Nicky March joined Webgains on the 1st April as account manager for the travel, health & food and drink sectors.

Nicky has over 7 years of affiliate marketing experience. Her last role was at Search Logic and prior to that she managed the pan-European campaign for KLM at Media Contacts, where she was online marketing account manager. She has also worked in an account management capacity at affiliate networks Commission Junction, Affiliate Window, as well as the Online Media Group (OMG). At OMG she managed the following key accounts - Norwich Union, Freedom Finance, OneAccount, Virgin Money and MBNA.

Sophia Zydenbos has taken up the position of account manager for the fashion & accessories sector.

Previously, Sophia worked at Munich-based online marketing agency iCrossing Germany as international affiliate manager for two years. Sophia has a wealth of SEO/ SEM knowledge and excellent international campaign management experience, having worked on affiliate campaigns across the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium & the UK.

Our new sector breakdown is as follows:

• Andrew Copeland: finance, lead gen, coreg, B2B, mobiles (handsets & content)

• Emma Delaforce: books, flowers & hampers, maternity, media, party products, sports

• Hero Grigoraki: key accounts, cosmetics

• Kier Marston: dating, entertainment, gifts & gadgets, photo printing

• Nicky March: food & drinks, health, travel

• Sachin Thanki: electrics & electronics, furniture, garden, home (homeware, DIY, hobbies)

• Sophia Zydenbos: fashion accessories, fashion, lingerie, menswear, outdoorwear, footwear, womenswear

James Wallis is our Integration & Support Manager and George Machado our Support Team Assistant.

All account managers can be contacted by msn as well (same as our email addresses) and you can always contact support@webgains.com by email or msn for all your queries 24/7/365. The ticket system is also available through the Webgains platform.

Heading the account management team is Hero Grigoraki, Client Services Manager.

Our fearless Ryan Gilbert is still here, fret not! He is moving on to a different role, always within Webgains, and you will be learning his news very shortly!

The growth of our team and our company has been the result of support from all our affiliates and merchants, and we would like to take this opportunity to thank you all for your trust and continuous support.
We look forward to working even more closely with you in the coming years :-)
