    Good afternoon!

I am pleased to announce the launch of a new program to the Webgains network: Warranty Works.

The Warrantyworks site offers UK motorists warranty cover for every type of car, motorcycle and light commercial vehicle. All warranties are insurance underwritten by UK Underwriting Limited on behalf of AXA Insurance UK plc.

    Market Size
With 30.9M vehicles on the UK roads and customers changing cars every three years there is a huge market for this product. The largest offline warranty company in the UK has total sales approaching 600,000 policies but acknowledges that it has barely scratched the market.

Gross online UK sales are currently a trivial 20,000 polices per annum.

Buying Online offers customers large potential savings as most offline sales are through large car retailers typically car supermarkets where they retail cars cheaply and then seek to claw back profit by selling ‘add-ons’ as part of the final deal. Warranty is a large part of this ‘claw back’ and traders operate very large mark-ups on warranty (often 300%).

Warrantyworks don’t charge these mark-ups, making them very very price competitive.

    USPs
    • On and offline price competitive
    • 3 steps to sale conversion compared to a massive 12 step conversion on our competitor sites
    • Direct access to DVLA vehicle data so the customer doesn’t have to fill in those details themselves.
    • If the car/van is under 10 years old and has less than 100,000 miles on the clock we offer “All Mechanical & Electrical” cover (Platinum package). Warrantyworks are unique in offering this type of warranty for older/higher mileage cars, our rivals only offer this cover on cars under 3 years old & under 30,000 miles.

All Mechanical & Electrical cover includes:
    • In Car Entertainment ( ICE) to £100
    • Cam Belt Failure
    • Catalytic Converters
    • Specialist Vehicles: We are the only online company offering immediate online policies for these types of vehicles, whose premiums can approach £1000+ offering high earning potential:
    - Grey Imports Including Nissan Skylines, Mitsubishi GTO, Evo’s
    - Performance Cars including TVR’s, Aston Martin, Ferrari, Lamborghini, Maserati
    - High End Luxury Cars Including Bentley, Cadillac, Hummer
    • 100% online transactions
    • No Mileage Limitations: All policies have unlimited mileage allowance, nor does the level of cover decrease as the mileage increases.
    • Turbos: All policies cover Turbochargers and Superchargers against failure, and this includes the wastegate if it is an integral part of the turbo unit and cannot be purchased separately.
    • Air Conditioning: All retail policies cover air conditioning & climate control components.
    • Direct Settlement with the garage: The Claims Department will settle your repair costs directly with the garage. There is no requirement to use a specific garage; although the Claims Department have a nationwide repair network they won’t make any charge if you elect to use a garage outside the scheme.
    • Vehicle Hire Covered: Insurers pay up to £50 per day (Inc VAT) for a maximum of 7 days.

    Affiliate Friendly
    • No Phone number on the site
    • No option to buy offline
    • No option to pay by cheque and therefore lose the transaction value

    Commission & Earning Projection
    • Warranty Works are paying 9% on all net sales (i.e. excluding ipt tax @ 5%)
    • Cookie length set to 90 days
    • Average basket value is £220.00 + tax with some policies that are unique to warrantyworks costing £1900 + tax
    • Open PPC policy
