Problems with Maplin?

Anyone else seeing any weirdness in the stats from Maplin on Webgains?

Looking at my report, there have been sales on one of my sites, but no clicks. Suddenly, the clicks started registering again from 24th June (according to the report).

Another of my sites that pushes Maplin, shows no clicks or sales for about a month - something I know is wrong.

Anyone else seeing odd reporting, or a lack of sales until a few days ago?

Hi Pete,
As you say, the sales are not effected but the reporting of clicks is... as you may know, this program is unique whereby Maplin's tracking is used and they send us the click data. It looks to me like there are sporadic days where the click data is missing and we are now looking at restoring the days with missing data.

Thanks Ryan. Does look a little odd. Must admit, I have a gut feeling that I'm missing some sales from one of my sites. I raised a ticket for this about a week ago, but haven't heard anything (ticket 1627)
