*Please refrain from bidding on the Bagga or Baggamenswear name and/or variations in any search engine, unless having been given permission by the merchant
*Please do not directly link to the Baggamenswear site from any ppc campaign, unless having been given permission by the merchant
*Please do not use Bagga, Baggamenswear or any derivatives in your ad text or display URL, unless having been given permission by the merchant
*Please do not register similar urls to send traffic to the Bagga menswear site without the merchant's consent
*Please do not use competitor names to generate traffic to the merchant site
