Is Lightspeed Research still live with any network rather than joining them direct?

When I try any of the links from webgains for lightspeed, I end up at a badly rendered page...

It has the lightspeed header and footer, but the main body of the page just says "$titles.siderbar" and "$titles.body"

Looks like something isn't quite right there?
