Seasons greetings! I hope you had a wonderful and prosperous Christmas and extend our best wishes for the New Year. It was certainly a great Christmas with sales far surpassing previous years so a big well done and thank you for your efforts.
Now that we've all enjoyed a few days break, it's time to start planning for 2008 so in this newsletter you can find details of our unique January sale as well as a potential increased commission rate.
Increased Commission:
Lets start with the increased commission rate. In the run-up to Christmas, some of you contacted us to discuss how to maximise ROI from our programme and we discussed a number of things ranging from communication, creatives, hot products and promotional opportunities. The affiliates who worked closely with us saw a great increase in revenues and conversion rates and so naturally, this is something we are looking to extend to the rest of our affiliates.
Therefore, we would like to invite any affiliate who would like to replicate this increase in sales to contact us to discuss our programme and if you give us increased exposure as a result of our discussions, we will put you on a straight 10% commission all through January.

January Sale:
We have come up with a twist on our January sale - as well as having a generic sale featuring a number of top products, each day in January we will discount a new product to a very attractive price. Each product will only be discounted for 48 hours only (extended from 24 to give users more time to respond) and will then go back up to their original sale price until the end of the season. These are NOT clearance shirts, many of these shirts will even be worn next season as well.
