You still have an issue with Firefox on Mac - loading times are horrendous. My Windows machine that sits alongside is fine though, so it's not a connection problem.

The other piece of feedback I would give is to not inflate prices for 'rare' products - £99.99 for the 1:43 Hamilton Test car is a bit of a p**s take I'm afraid, and I know you're losing a lot of custom because of it - and because I know you're coming in for a lot of grief over it, I've stopped promoting you (because you won't convert for my target market anymore).

Thanks for the feedback on GT Models; i've had a quick look at the site in FireFox and all seems to be ok for me.

Maybe it was a temporary glitch?

GT Models do have a promo code that gives all users 10% off all purchases; maybe this will help overcome the price issue with your users? i'm more than happy to have a personalised code created for you.

I'll pass your thoughts onto Andy though.

The firefox issue has been occuring for me for a few months now - only affects the mac though, it's fine on the PC.

I've spoken to GTM directly via email last night regarding the price issues, and they've taken steps to rectify that which should help :-)
