Just had a customer say they couldn't see where to enter the voucher code and the order went through without them being able to enter it. They have contacted PetMeds but in the meantime perhaps they could look into this as it sounds as though with the new site revamp it isn't very obvious.

Hi again,

I have found what the issue is. If the customer is registered, when they checkout, the voucher code box appears on the first page of the checkout. But if they are a new customer, this stage is missed. They go to step 2 then straight onto 3 which is the payment page. If the user clicks back onto step one of the checkout, they will then be able to enter the code.

This is an error in the system, which the merchant has now logged with their developers to fix as soon as possible. So thank you very much for finding it and apologies to your customers as well. Please let me know if you have any questions and I will let you know once this has been fixed.
