Thread: Payment sent but not received - NOBODY replies and NOBODY cares!

    Usually I am the last person to write in forums and complain, I think I've never done it before and I really don't like to complain but I got tired of being ignored!!

    On May 7 Webgains France sent us a wire. As required I did fill out the account in Webgains with all the wire details as requested. I really and honestly don't know where and why but they sent the wire to my name and not to the company name - as a result the bank couldn't deposit the funds.

    That happened in April too - I had to go crazy in emails and phones in order to ask Webgains France's bank to correct this issue.

    Now the same problem happened again, I was expecting Webgains to "learn" from previous month, April, and send the wire normally but nooo - same thing - they sent it to my personal name - ok, understand, people are busy so they "forgot" to take care of it. Fine, but this time I asked them to correct it, so they did correct it for FUTURE payments and told me to wait with the current payment as the banks need to "exchange information".

    I did contact our bank several times - they sent many SWIFT messages to Webgains France's bank, asking to correct the name - NOBODY REPLIES.

    As well, when I'm sending emails - they are being ignored and not replied!!

    All I'm asking is to correct this issue, I have no time to run after people, this isn't the biggest amount ever but we earned this amount legally and we deserve to received it by wire just as every other normal publishers gets it.

    I'm tired of people ignoring emails and I'm very upset about this issue. It's since May 7, it's been 2 weeks since and nobody cares about it. I asked Webgains France several times - my bank is waiting your bank to reply, please send the reply but nobody answers and nobody cares!!!

    Very upset.

    Use appropriate method for sending and receiving payment online.
    e.g. paypal, alert pay which is most safe and secure place.
    i use paypal now.
    send mail to that party and also main party of website through which you sent payment.
    I hope you get positiv answer from this site.

    The problem is that Webgains France doesn't provide a PayPal option. Germany and UK do and I've never had problems with them.
    The problem is that wire transfer isn't PayPal but I did provide all details correctly. It's the system that didn't catch it up correctly.

    Waiting to hear back from somebody in the meantime.

    I have spoken with Webgains France and it appears to be a problem with the bank that is holding up proceedings. After we changed your name/details the error still presisted, in the meantime, please be patient as they get it sorted for you.

    We will look into getting paypal launched in Webgains France for your and all other affiliates convenience.
