No payment for 2 months via PayPal, even though it shows it was sent

Last month nothing received from Webgains UK / Germany but we have received the wire from Webgains France.

Now it shows for this month that the payment from Webgains Germany was sent but nothing received in PayPal. In addition the invoice from UK wasn't generated again and the payment jumped again to be sent next month in August.
So it's 1 month delay with Germany and finally when it should have been sent nothing was sent. In addition no payment from Webgains UK for 2 months even though there is a big amount of money that is accumulated there so far.

What's wrong?

No, we received payments in the past - something got messed up in the system that is now stopped - I can't believe the money and balance dropped and invoice for Germany was generated but nothing was sent.

I also spoke to another person I worked closely in Webgains for a long time, so he's also helping me with it but you're welcome also to let them know.

The only information I got there is no problem on our end, so it's probably a technical issue, I appreciate if someone could look into it.

It seems to be a typo - somebody typed my PayPal account wrong.
I've just received the payment from Webgains Germany
(It was sent yesterday but to a non-existing Paypal account because of typo)
Only the payment from UK is missing, it shows in the system invoice was generated a few hours ago and balance dropped but it's probably the same typo).

I will keep you updated.
