I applied to join a merchant on WG and it displayed pending for a few day but now displays "reapply", does this mean i was rejected?

Someone looked at my site from WG admin according to my stats.

If you see 'reapply' then it does mean that you've been rejected by the merchant. If you want to MSN me then my details are in my signature below.
